Manage or cancel your subscription
iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → cutzio.
Delete your account
In cutzio, open Profile and tap Delete account. This removes your account data.
An edit failed
Check your connection and try again. If it keeps failing, or a credit looks wrong, email us with the project name.
Common questions
Is cutzio available on Android or the web?
Not yet. cutzio is available for iPhone only (iOS 18.0 or later).
How long does an edit take?
Usually 2–3 minutes. You can leave the app while it works; your project will be waiting when you come back.
How many clips can I use?
Up to 15 clips per project, with a combined length of up to 15 minutes.
What format is the finished video?
A vertical 9:16 video saved to your Photos, ready for TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts. One tap saves it, copies the caption and opens the app you want to post to.
Does cutzio add a watermark?
No. cutzio does not add a watermark to your edits.
Which languages does cutzio support?
The app is in English, and edits are tuned for English speech. Videos without speech (B-roll, cooking, travel) work in any language; other spoken languages are not officially supported yet.
