Draft. Review by DevSome Tech required before publishing. If you previously published terms at /termsofuse, replace this text with them.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the cutzio iOS app and the cutzio.app website, provided by DevSome Tech ("we", "us"). By using cutzio you agree to these Terms.

Your account

You sign in with Apple. You're responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use cutzio.

Credits and subscriptions

  • Signed-in users receive free weekly credits. 1 credit = 1 project. Credits refresh weekly and do not roll over.
  • cutzio Premium is an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or annual) that provides more weekly credits.
  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your Apple ID settings.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
  • Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.

Your content

You keep all rights to the videos you upload and the edits cutzio creates. You grant us a limited licence to process your content solely to provide the service. You confirm you have the rights to the content you upload and that it doesn't break the law or anyone's rights.

Acceptable use

Don't use cutzio to create illegal, infringing, harassing or harmful content, or try to disrupt, reverse-engineer or abuse the service.

AI output

Edits, captions and feedback are generated by AI and may be imperfect. Review them before posting. You're responsible for what you publish.

Disclaimers and liability

cutzio is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes and termination

We may update these Terms and will post changes here. We may suspend accounts that break these Terms. You can stop using cutzio and delete your account at any time.
